      Good work life balance. Good non-monteary benefits (HR policies) - insurance etc. Open culture. Decent work. Free Beer on Fridays. Good place for beginners, lot of activities.

      Cons

      Pay is not so great for the kind of work. Not much of recognition. Recognition is like a business, recognize to retain.
