      Good life and work balance. Great experienced engineers. Very nice and willing to help employees and company culture. Sharing environment.

      Cons

      Unsuccessful product strategy. Senior management did steer well over storage industry disruptive change.

      Pros

      Team atmosphere, flexibility and benefits.The pay is pretty good for the Pittsburgh area and there isn't too much corporate formalities but I think that is expected in high-tech companies.

      Cons

      It's hard to make a noticeable difference at such a large company and innovation seems to be stifled by Technical Directors edicts.

      Cons

      Not much I can think of. The site where I work, PTC (Pittsburgh) could use some onsite facilities like a canteen, gym and game room.
