*Excellent salary *Paid training *Hands on experience in the field *High profile customers *Some of the leading technology in the industry

*The worst job security in the country(layoffs every 6 months over the course of the 4 years I spent there) *Gives micromanagement a whole new meaning *Office politics *Shark tank environment where management backstabs their peers *Beer in the fridge encourages a lackluster Friday, where half the employees leave after lunch *Little room for advancement once certified
