Pros
I spent 10 years at NetApp in various sales roles. The company had (operative word) incredible technology, autonomy to get your job done as you see fit, good mid level management and a vision and culture that were unmatched.
Cons
The company lacks vision, promotions given only to the "good ole boy club". Senior / Executive management is worthless and incapable of making decisions and moving forward. Worked with and for one of the most narcissistic sales leaders I have ever met. He would sell his own grandmother if the price was right. ; ). Frequent - at least twice annually - layoff. Morale is in the crapper and culture is non-existent.
