Pros

Hybrid work arrangements, only 2 days in office required. Benefits are generally not too bad.

Cons

-Toxic culture. Management leaders frequently criticize or mock their team members in front of others during meetings openly when in disagreement. -Short term view, pull in deals forward every quarter to close in order to achieve quarterly target. -Most colleagues are unauthentic, hence while it may feel like a friendly environment to work in, it's mostly pretence.
