      Pros

      Good management, not perfect but communicative and open. Good open-door policies, people who really like what they do, still has lots of small-company feel to it even though it's gotten pretty big.

      Cons

      NetApp is struggling a little bit to bridge the gap between being a small company and a big company; some of the energy and fun is getting left behind.
