Work assignments are not clearly defined, and there is an overwhelming workload on weekends without any compensatory time off. The year-end bonus has consistently been lower compared to industry standards, and management appears unwilling to adjust this to align with market competitors. Most notably, as part of a recent cost-cutting measure, all QA staff were converted to Development roles, resulting in demotions. For example, an MTS4 QA was reclassified as an MTS3 Developer. Overall, there is a noticeable lack of concern for employee well-being, with decisions often made solely in the interest of business priorities.
