Pros
Typical big company in the valley. Nice facilities, generally nice people around you. You have 5 volunteer days off annually. Good benefits, relatively relaxing environment.
Cons
Some teams are just full of back stabbers, including the manager. Someone who's been with the company for a long time, try to be hostile to the new comers.
