Great culture. Flexible schedule. Good benefits. A true sense of doing the right thing. Probably the best storage company at which to work.

Cons

Company needs to find itself again. Storage market is in flux right now. Spending control is a little restrictive.

Biggest challenge was the insane amount of travel and constant revisits. Should have stayed longer in a region and trained more people
