Pros

-Company has been around for a while; they have some stability. -They are big enough they offer good insurance, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and stock options.

Cons

-As a company, they don't really have a sense of loyalty or appreciate time in service. They have laid people off periodically. -As a SAM, you can report on bad things but have little authority to enact corrective actions on your own.
