Pros

Competitive Pay, Great People, Decent Benefits.

Cons

Culture isn't what it used to be. When i started in 2002, the company was fast paced and agile. Employees were valued and had a good work/life balance. Left in 2009 and returned in 2015 in a new role that was 100% phone and email. The job could have been performed anywhere, but they wanted butt-in-chair. Culture had become much more stiff and formal. No longer a fun place to work.
