The culture at NetApp encourages team work to get things done. The senior leadership is strong. They are more effective than they believe internally of implementing change to improve company performance.

Great culture amazing tech Well developed software

Cons

I was trapped without the ability to be promoted. Was told several times that you are next, you are next, but nobody was ever next until a position opened. The problem was that Netapp was such a great place to work that nobody ever left, leaving a spot to be promoted into. Ultimately made the decision to leave for the promotion.
