Pros

The company is truly focused on next-gen analytics with AI and deep technology to deliver insights that brands cannot get on their own. So it's a great play for those wanting to push into in new solutions and challenges. There are many people here who are happy and dedicated to the mission. The pandemic impacts were managed well without layoffs, pay cuts or bad repercussions which showed commitment to the employees. The company is committed to building a new culture that is best for all teams going forward given mergers and new market priorities. The virtual distributed (non-centralized) culture was working well even before the pandemic so it's helped a lot.

Cons

Yes, it's fast-paced and always feeling pressured to delivered results but what business isn't when driving to market leadership. People do sometimes either feel overwhelmed or leave due to performance issues but again this happens when driving hard.
