Pros

Work-life balance because working there is so unproductive. You may get well-paid and high position without ability.

Cons

- Stagnant technology. No innovation anymore after they cut down CTO and scientists. - Bad culture as a software company. There are not many people in the company but the way it works is like a big old company: ridiculous micro teams to achieve layers of management, numerous meetings, meaningless discussions... - Ineligible and self-complacent management. Managers are busy in chasing higher positions and firming their little clique but neglect members' works and fail to coordinate cross-team issues which should be their true jobs. In this company, incapable people goes up and they will finally drag this company down.
