Pros
The flextime and remote working policy in the company allow me to spend more time with my family. The 20-80 principle let me do my own side projects in my work hours. Able to decide what to do in happy hours, like watching movies, eating in restaurant, playing room escape, etc.
Cons
Lots of legacy code in the code base.
