NetBrain is an excellent place for engineers to come and work on a category-changing product that solves some really complex and important problems for enterprises. That being said, nobody should have to sacrifice rest, family time or personal wellness. Yes, our people work hard. That is what it costs to make a great product with no real direct competitors in the market, but we don’t want to burn people out and it’s important for all of our people to make time for the things they enjoy in life. We encourage any employees to reach out to the HR/Recruiting team if they don’t feel like they are getting a reasonable work life balance. We believe strongly that it’s possible to work hard but still have time for the truly great things in life, so please don’t hesitate to utilize HR if you’re not getting that time.
