Thanks so much for sharing your experience with NetBrain and we greatly appreciate your feedback! While I don't know specifically which processes you would like to see become more streamlined, I can absolutely say that in general, it is an ongoing effort, as we are a growing company, and with growth, those processes you alluded to become that much more important. I can tell you that The People Experience and Talent Attraction Teams specifically are doing a better job to define processes for opening jobs, collecting feedback and onboarding new hires among other things, and we're also soon going to be implementing a new system that will helps us to do that. Finding ways to be efficient is and always should be one of our top goals as a company, and we'll continue to work towards. I'd encourage anyone who sees processes that need work to raise them to the People Experience Team. We're huge proponents of those improvements, and if it's a process we're not involved in, we're happy to help steer you in the right direction. Thanks again for your feedback!
