Pros

I've been here for a year and a half, and I am very pleased to have joined NetBrain. The corporate culture is one that values the employees and their input. NetBrain is defining a new space in the network software industry, and the solutions are not all obvious, so it is a "bring your brain" to work type of place. Very pleasant office space, complete with standing desks. Individuals generally are given their goals and are left to use their experience and intelligence to solve the problem. It is a "self starter" environment.

Cons

As a growing company, there are bumps in the road, as might be expected. Not everything flows smoothly, but you should treat that as an opportunity to define new processes.

Pros

Smart colleagues who bring lots of practical experience to the table. There is a lot of room for growth, especially for someone who is willing to go the extra mile. Lunch is bought for the whole office every Friday. HR has been very helpful and is always there to answer any questions or give advice if you need it. Beautiful new building/campus. Exciting to a part of a transforming company.

Cons

Normal growing pains associated with a company growing quickly. There can be a language barrier at times as some employees are still learning English, but there is always someone there to interpret if need be. All you need is a little patience.

Pros

Great people, I like everyone I run into and interact with. I have more interesting things to do than time to do them, I'm never bored. I'm also paid pretty well for my time and effort. Sounds base, but no one works for free.

Cons

Wish we did more things together as departments and a company. I remember volunteer days fondly, but NetBrain doesn't have those. I also wish there was a clearer path for being at the company long term, for everyone.
