Lack of direction.. everyone has to be a puppet to the CEO. If you have a different idea or challenge any decision, then you are out.

Thanks for taking time to share your feedback on your experience with NetBrain. We also appreciate your passion for wanting to see the company succeed and recognize that we can always improve! With regards to the product, we just released version 11 and think "ok" is putting it very lightly! The feedback from both inside and outside of NetBrain has been overwhelming with the addition of our Problem Diagnosis Automation System, and our ability to automate the retrofitting of our automation library to customer networks. Regarding the company's direction, we acknowledge that we faced challenges in 2019 and 2020, even early in 2021 as we transformed from a go-to-market that was based on perpetual direct sales with an entirely inside sales team to a true global field sales team with three year subscriptions, ARR and a thriving channel ecosystem. Those challenges don't happen easily, but we've not exceeded our global sales goal for FOUR quarters in a row and we're looking to finish 2022 strong and make it the best year we've ever had! We've made this transition and seen this growth despite a global pandemic, unprecedented inflation and a lot of uncertainty and unrest all over the world. Our CEO told the entire company in March of 2020 during our first virtual company all-hands meeting that his two top priorities were keeping everyone at the company healthy and keeping everyone at the company together. We stood by that and did not have any Covid-related layoffs despite a lot of economic uncertainty and some challenges while navigating the aforementioned organizational changes. All this being said, we know we're not perfect, and we want to continue to get better. Our People eXperience team values your feedback and would welcome any specific ideas about the company can continue to grow and how we can make NetBrain a great place to work. It has truly been a game changer for large enterprises everywhere as networking has become more and more complex over the years. There is nothing in the market that comes close to what NetBrain can do with intent-based automation across the entire network and problem diagnosis automation so that network engineers no longer need to rely completely on CLI to diagnosis problems in the network.
