      Great Colleagues when I was there

      Would promote (or suggest a promotion) and then have you work for months at the role and never acknowledge the work or pay you for work done. shifting strategy weekly or monthly based on how management "felt" it should go - no data to show a change needed or warranted

      Great place to start a career, fun atmosphere and awesome Software Engineers!! They are constantly innovating and changing to improve as a whole. If you like change and a fast pace highly recommended.

      Not everyone can keep up and I won’t lie it’s a fast paced environment and demands a lot from you.

No doubt, innovation is an integral part of who we are. We've had, and continue to have a ground-breaking product that is miles ahead of the industry, because we're never satisfied with a solution that is "really good right now". Technology is always evolving and so must we. You're right that it is a fast-paced environment and we hire people who strive to achieve goals (even the lofty ones), but we also do very much value work-life balance and an inclusive company culture. As a software engineer, you are no doubt a huge reason for our success and we thank you for that. But make sure you don't forget to take care of you! Thanks again for the review.
