Thanks for spending a few minutes to share your feedback! Process improvements have been a huge point of emphasis in the past year for the People Experience and Talent Attraction team, so that is great to hear!
At a company of our size there are a lot of things we get to enjoy, and one of them is a lot of exposure to executive leadership, even for people coming into empty level roles. We don't have a huge corporate ladder, which is good in a lot of ways, but understandably with fewer levels there doesn't appear to be as much room to "move up". Please know that we want to encourage every NetBrain to seek opportunities to grow! Nobody goes into a company wanting to do the exact same thing two, three, five years down the road.
I would encourage any NetBrainer to speak to their direct manager and ask questions about how they can be successful and put themselves in a position to advance their career. If you've tried this and haven't gotten a clear path, please utilize the People Experience team. We always want to advocate for the growth of our people, and that starts with setting clear expectations.
