Late in 2021 we hired an onboarding specialist onto our People Experience team. Without knowing when you started, I would say with a lot of confidence that it is exponentially smoother than it was when you experienced some bumps. It's true that we're going fast and working hard, but it's so important that all of our people make time for family and personal wellness. By far the best aspect about working with NetBrain is the company culture. From the very top all the way to the janitor - everyone truly cares about the success and well being of the company as a whole. Having the ability to truly OWN my role - versus being held accountable by a micro-manager was one of the main reasons I chose NetBrain to begin with. While the ongoing mentorship and support creates an environment of success. I have never had so much fun, never developed more meaningful relationships - and never made as much money as I have working for NetBrain.

Cons

DO NOT apply if you are looking for something easy. DO NOT apply if you are not willing to work hard. DO NOT apply if you are not willing to change. 100% of people that do not follow the system fail. It's hard. That's why it pays so well.
