Our people are working hard and we're proud to help enterprises all over the globe transform network operations. The problems we're solving have never been more relevant. Yes, there have been some people who've vented some disappointing opinions on here, but in a year like 2020 and in the face of a global pandemic, we understand that people are taking on challenges professionally and personally that they've never had to deal with before. A lot of us aren't really ourselves and sometimes it's easy to let negativity take over when we're faced with a lot of personal challenges and a lack of togetherness with the people that keep us going. We're excited to push forward and grow as a team with some incredible people and a product that we're constantly making better. The future is bright and you're part a big part of the reason for that. Thanks for the kind words. It's important for us to keep our eyes looking forward despite any negativity, but it's also important for us to listen to our people and learn from our past. Thanks for your review! The flexible hybrid schedule is something that we've gotten really great feedback on. Lots of companies have brought people back 2, 3 or even 5 days a week, but leadership has heard the voices of the employees and our 1 office day a week schedule is something we're proud to provide our employees who are local to one of our North American offices. Work-life balance is incredibly important at NetBrain. I'm sure everyone knows what it's like to put in a little extra time for occasional important deliverables, but we do value being able to offer flexibility to our people and certainly wouldn't want that to feel like it is common. If you're not comfortable sharing concerns about hours with your manager, please talk with your People Team Business Partner. They are there to support you, and your manager so that you can find ways to balance the work with the rest of your life, and if the load really is unmanageable, that feedback can help us to make adjustments.
