It's great to hear that you enjoyed the NetBrain community. We've got lots of work to do and we're not perfect. Growing from where we're at to where we want to be is hard to do, but we've got an exceptional product and really awesome people. The journey can be a challenge, but it's one we're very excited for. Thanks for your review! Perspective is such a funny thing. The last review before this one lauded our compensation packages while wishing for more diversity in management! It goes to show you that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to expectations in a company. We do have some great leaders from different backgrounds, but we can always look to add more diversity when it comes to gender, skin color and of course thought. We're proud that we were able to pay out merit increases in 2021 despite the pandemic last year, and while we'd all love to say yes to raises, this is another great chance to remind you of other ways to make money.
