Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback on NetBrain. Though we have adopted a very flexible remote/hybrid culture (depending on the function), we are fortunate to have offices where we can collaborate in person in the US, Canada, India and Germany. It's great to hear that you've enjoyed at least one of those spaces! We absolutely recognize the importance of having the right people with the right skills in every role. Network knowledge is something that our Talent Acquisition and Interview teams screen for when hiring Support, Services, Automation and Pre-Sales Engineers. In all of those roles we only hire people with CCNA-level knowledge and above, and in many cases our hires have achieved with a CCNP or CCIE. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!

Thanks for taking time to share your feedback! I must say, this one is a little surprising to hear, but something I'd like to look into deeper. We're a large enterprise solution with a stellar roster of customers spending 7-figures a year on NetBrain and a whole lot more than that on 6-figure contracts. I can honestly say on Glassdoor or in conversation, I've never heard of our product as fairly cheap. But what we do focus on is the value, and the ability to prevent network-outages with generative AI is absolutely massive for large enterprises across all industries and sectors. Company culture is certainly not one-size-fits-all, but our People Team has done a great job organizing performance reviews in a way that objectively assesses the performance of our people and rewards them according to said performance. Though performance reviews are annual, nobody should ever be surprised by what they hear in their review. There should be one-on-ones and ongoing conversations between leaders and their subordinates throughout the year to address areas for improvement and commend stellar performance. If you do receive negative feedback in a review that you're only hearing for the first time, please make sure to communicate that with your People Team Business Partner so that they can work with people managers on ways to improve that messaging. Your feedback is important to us, but you should be receiving feedback as well, as that is what helps you to progress in your career. Thanks again for the review!

Pros

Good Health plan, free lunch on Friday, office environment is nice.

Cons

Company hired fast in a year, then let go a lot in another year. Hope it can offer more stable and long term employment.

Thanks for taking time to share your experience with NetBrain! Since we've heavily embraced the remote culture it can certainly be hard to continue to live up to that nice office environment, but we have been making a point to try and get employees local to an office for a meal and some collaboration on a monthly basis so that we can continue to have that positive working environment. As for your comment about letting people go, I was actually surprised to see it! Like any other company, we had some unwanted attrition, because people do leave for other jobs in every company and industry, but even in an unstable tech market, we didn't make any layoffs in 2023, or in past years even during the height of the pandemic. Our approach to growth has been gradual throughout, growing from 306 employees to start 2022, to 351 to start 2023. We began 2024 with 386 employees and saw net increases in headcount in almost every department, (We transferred a lot of people out of Advanced Services and into a newly created Customer Journey team, which is the recent for a -14 net change in that department in 2023). We're certainly not perfect, and we do continue to focus on growth. Any feedback from our employees truly helps us on our way. Fortunately, job stability has been something that has been a strength of NetBrain over the years. Thanks again for weighing in! 2024 is going to be an exciting year!
