Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! We appreciate the recognition for the handling of a this crazy and challenging Covid situation, but keeping our people healthy is priority number one. Making sure people are paid well and have nice benefits comes shortly after that :-) Regarding your "con", we understand that we're not exactly helping the sick, but for what it's worth we're keeping the networks of large hospital groups running effectively and efficiently. We have a tangible and massive impact on companies in all industries and often, those companies are "helping the average person improve their life" as you put it. Lastly on that point, while it may not be what you had in mind, I promise you there are LOTS of network engineers whose lives actually have been vastly improved by our ability to automate across their networks and reduce meantime to resolve various issues. Network engineers are always on call. The ability to prevent network problems from happening or drastically reduce the time to fix them is quite literally helping them sleep better and longer at night.
