      Pros

      Managers were helpful. Make sure you succeeded. Pay was very good. Very good support systems to connect employees. Make sure you had a good work-life balance.

      Pros

      By far the best aspect about working with NetBrain is the company culture. From the very top all the way to the janitor - everyone truly cares about the success and well being of the company as a whole. Having the ability to truly OWN my role - versus being held accountable by a micro-manager was one of the main reasons I chose NetBrain to begin with. While the ongoing mentorship and support creates an environment of success. I have never had so much fun, never developed more meaningful relationships - and never made as much money as I have working for NetBrain.

      Cons

      DO NOT apply if you are looking for something easy. DO NOT apply if you are not willing to work hard. DO NOT apply if you are not willing to change. 100% of people that do not follow the system fail. It's hard. That's why it pays so well.

Hiring people-managers who know how to coach and motivate without micro-managing is how we thrive. It is perfectly fair to say that we like to find people who are adaptable and willing to work hard, but please know that flexibility and work-life balance also allow us to thrive. We can't achieve our goals with people who are burned out. If you find that work is preventing you from having that respectable work-life balance, please don't stat silent. If you're uncomfortable speaking with your direct manager, please know that the People Experience team can be a useful resource.
