Covid-19 has certainly brought some "weirdness" (to use your word) to the corporate world over the past 14 months or so and we're fortunate that our people have navigated these challenges so well, but we understand that the challenges still exist, and it's okay to not be okay. Please make sure to make time in the day for yourself, whether it be to go for a walk or read a chapter from your favorite book. It's important to separate and detach at times. Hopefully those fantastic coworkers can also be a strong support system and an ear if you need to vent about whatever you're going through. It shouldn't always be about work! Thanks again for the review!

There are some growing pains. Recent turnover in Sales and Marketing leadership.

"Gamechanger" is a great word for the technology and with our release of version 10, it's reducing MTTI and MTTR more than ever as we add intelligence into the network. The product has never been more relevant and we're so excited for where we're headed. Regarding the growing pains, you're right that we've hired a new CRO, and we're very close on a new Global Head of Marketing. I can understand the reasons that starting fresh when trying to pick up momentum could be listed under the "Cons" section, but given who are new CRO is, and the talent we're circling for a Marketing leader, we're convinced that this is going to be a MASSIVE pro. Our new CRO spent an impressive five year run at ServiceNow before joining NetBrain and you can put him right next to our product in the "Gamechanger" category. Thanks so much for spending time sharing your feedback on NetBrain. We're always working to improve and listening to employee feedback is a huge part of that!
