Though we have adopted a very flexible remote/hybrid culture (depending on the function), we are fortunate to have offices where we can collaborate in person in the US, Canada, India and Germany. It's great to hear that you've enjoyed at least one of those spaces! We absolutely recognize the importance of having the right people with the right skills in every role. Network knowledge is something that our Talent Acquisition and Interview teams screen for when hiring Support, Services, Automation and Pre-Sales Engineers. In all of those roles we only hire people with CCNA-level knowledge and above, and in many cases our hires have achieved with a CCNP or CCIE. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!

Thanks for providing us with some feedback from your experience at NetBrain! The product itself is unparalleled in the market and we're glad that you saw first hand how much value our customer get from it. The sales engineer role is so very important because the product is very technical, so the technical network knowledge is a must-have for the people we bring aboard. We recognize that internal communication is incredibly important to the employee and experience. We try to keep people up to date with quarterly town halls, but department and team leaders should be keeping people informed in between through team meetings and one-on-ones. If you're on a team where that isn't happening, please share that with our People Team Business Partners. They're always working with people managers to ensure that employees are engaged and growing and that is feedback that would be very helpful to them.
