I enjoy working at NetBrain Technologies, they really do take care of their employees in small and big ways. Any event involving the NetBrain Technologies company is always something to look forward to. I work up in Sales currently, which is a boisterous work environment but they still maintain a high degree of professionalism. Sometimes we work later than expected but the managers do what they can to help us get out on time.

I've worked for smaller companies in the past for many years. This is the first job I've had that truly cares for employee wellness and work-life balance. I think management is critical in determining how likely an employee is to stay or enjoy their working environment, and I was blessed with a very kind, patient, and experienced manager. I also love how much they emphasize company culture, as this is something that is very important to me in determining how well I will fit into and enjoy working for a company. Corporate life may not be for everyone, but it is the right fit for me and I am so glad to be a part of NT family!!
