Yes we work hard, and yes we're an ambitious pre-IPO company with our sights set on some big goals, but personal wellness is something that is still very near and dear to Lingping and the rest of the senior leadership team. LP has made it a point in each of his quarterly Town Hall meetings to spend a few minutes encouraging people to get up and go for a walk during the day. Find ways to exercise and clear your mind. We appreciate your dedication, and we pride ourselves in being hard workers, but that should not come at the expense of personal wellness.
