Thanks for taking time to share your experience at NetBrain. Whether your feelings have been positive or negative we need to hear them and grow from them. We appreciate the acknowledgement of what an incredible solution we have, and we absolutely agree! We're doing things with intent based automation that no other company or product can compare to, and to be so far ahead in such a growing space is incredibly exciting. We've evolved in so many exciting ways over the years, and in some instances we have stumbled, but embracing new and better ways to sell, to develop, to market, is exactly why we've made some of the great strides we've made! Several years ago as we sought to build a thriving partner community, we struggled initially as we tried to employ a strategy that didn't take us anywhere. We regrouped, and put together a new plan of attack having learned from where we'd struggled, and now our channel is a huge value add for our sales org with over 200 partners that we're working with! That's just one example, of how we've embraced change for a better result, but the bottom line is, we absolutely want to hear and consider new and better ways to accomplish anything and everything. We don't always get everything right on the very first time (and I don't think any company does), but our strength is being nimble and flexible. One of our other biggest strengths, that you alluded to is our product! Our product has evolved and iterated rapidly to meet the demands of our customers in the past couple of years as we have gone deeper and wider into network intent than any other product in the market. Our brand new summary dashboard has been a total game-changer in the way customers consume NetBrain's many outputs. Consistency in messaging is important, but as our customers challenges evolve, so much our product. And as out product evolves, so must our words. Naturally that can lead to frustration, but know that everything we do is to push us forward in our growth mission. Thanks again for your helpful input. The future is bright!
