Pros

- Free lunch at least once a week - Great Health Insurance and 401K matching

Cons

You will see all over LinkedIn “how amazing the culture is at this company” but really isn’t at all. You will literally work more than needed. You will be blamed for everything that you do even though the executive team is actually pushing these initiatives. If you are hoping they will respect your boundaries in any way shape or form. They will place you in probation so it looks like “ they want to help you” but in reality, they just want someone gullible that they micromanage. Honestly don’t work here you will regret it.
