      I really enjoy working here. They are growing fast and it’s an exciting time to be a part of this team. Excellent onboarding, friendly teams, diverse leadership and plenty of growth opportunities. Everyone is very good at what they do and it’s a fun environment to be a part of.

      Reporting systems and processes need your expertise to rise to the quality of the business. Join us and help us continue to improve.

      Pros

      NetDocuments has been great! It's steadily growing in multiple ways like number of employees, customers, and cutting-edge capabilities especially in AI. The company culture is extremely supportive and thoughtful towards employee needs and career growth - from the CEO and across all levels. It fosters a culture of being stronger together and every voice matters. Work/life flexibility is also fully supported as well.

      There is room to see more diversity in leadership roles.

      Pros

      This place was never great, but it was at least was ok. Now, it's terrible.

      Cons

      All of the best talent has left. This should be a huge red flag. What's worse is that the company is not recognizing that there is an issue. As a rep, you are forced to push products that are not ready and on top of that, you have to downplay the complexity of deployment of the tech. Management could not care less about their people and they make that abundantly clear. Oh, and as far as diversity goes, this place is full of white guys from Utah, and they like to promote their own.
