Pros
NetJets is a great place to work as it offers excellent scheduling and satisfactory benefits to its crew members. NetJets does not have set schedule to certain cities like commercial airlines. With NetJets, you could fly to anywhere in the world.
Cons
As a senior flight attendant, I do not see any downside of working for NetJets. However, it takes many years of service to make a decent salary. Junior flight attendants may not have their choice of schedule as seniority plays an important role on choosing desired start day of 7/7 schedule. In order to be able to work for NetJets as a flight attendant, you must have credentials of safety and service oriented, problem solver, critical thinker, patient and creative to provide world class service to its high profile owners.
