      Time travel backwards to a land that refuses to acknowledge needed workplace culture changes to keep up with the market

      A lot of exposure to senior leadership

      Cons

      Leadership is a "boys club" of straight white middle aged men who refuse to acknowledge diversity in their staff. Very "old school" mentality of not being open about pay or decisions.

      Excellent company with clear expectations and tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Doesn't have a set curriculum for onboarding. Lots of learning as you go and inefficiencies through not being taught well the first time.
