Interesting analyst work not worth the culture

Pros

Some of the work is interesting. The dress code is pretty relaxed. Reverse commute from downtown and ease of access to the airport. Pay seems competitive.

Cons

I believe there are serious accountability and integrity problems with management. A lot of recent changes have been made that reduce work satisfaction and made doing the basics of the job harder to me. Decisions seem to be made to maximize human suffering and there's little appreciation or interest in what would help employees . I work long hours often and there are systematic barriers to getting things done.

For my five years of career here, virtually nothing good about this place. Really nothing about this place! Really nothing! Really nothing!

Cons

Too many to say, but the most discussing component of this company is the management team, from top to toe, senior guys acting like a monkey or child, lower level guys try to learn from the monkeys. That's exactly how a company gone worse!
