      Pros

      Salary for Portuguese standards is high. Health insurance is good

      Cons

      Management totally disconnected from reality. Workload is unbearable. Not enough office staff nor crew members to deal with the surge in clients, due to uncontrolled sales of cards to falsely boost results. Everyday contractual breaches with clients are occurring. HR has an archaic view of things and is not flexible to accept that times change... No possibility of growing within the company
