Health insurance. You get to pay 10% of mostly any medical/dental treatment in private hospitals

Cons

Agressive work environment, awful shifts, managers not willing to work efficiently, mostly treat people like naughty children who need their "feedback" and "advise" on how to comply with the regulations that they personally do not do. Just too much incompetence in one place.
