      Pros

      Very good if you are a pilot, or upper or medium management.

      Cons

      If you are none of the above, avoid joining this company, the rest of the working force is just expendable and are bullied to get results or else. Constant unfair pressure is placed when the wrong decisions are made from upper management that place all the work force trying to remedy wrong decisions made previouslly. Constant projects that lead to nowwhere are a constant.

      basically none, salary and bonus/401K are at best average that's all, people are somehow nice to you, but only in certain departments

      Cons

      work lots of over time required by higher management, noncompetitive salary and bonus, worst 401K match policy, from executives to HR are showing no sigh of professionalism, people from this company had been taught by the bad company culture and had changed a lot in the ways they treated others
