      Pros

      Competitive salary and a great commission structure. the better you perform, the more you will earn. They have some nice events, where you can take part if they allow you. Pension scheme and private medical insurance are included after your probation period.

      Cons

      marketing strategies and tools are dated. company management thinks in the american way. they can create good performers, but the same time they don't have a problem of letting them go, which shows their employer value.
