Crappy quality of life in operations. Almost never get major holidays off (you get floating holidays that have to be approved and more mostly denied). There is no coaching for career advancement help. You have to eat your meals at your desk, it's required. New Union attempt has made things much worse. What the owners want comes in conflict with safety unless you stand up to ensure it. I wasted part of my career at that company.

horrible pay, ( no raises in the last two years) horrible benefits, they give you pizza every now and then, lies, no integrity, poor training, energy is angry and heavy depression, people hate each other, waiting for someone to go postal
