      Pros

      Interesting work with something new to learn every day. An ability to move about the company after a year which they encourage. Great work-life balance with WFH options.

      Cons

      No real innovation with a majority of the staff being older military types who promote from within their own circles. The pay will motivate you to move on after you’ve gained your experience.
