Pros
Fast paced, steady work, room for advancement for go getters. This company is not for the faint of heart, nor is it for malcontents. It is for hard working, loyal, trustworthy people. Upper management will not ask you to do anything that they would not do themselves. If you ask for help or resources, you will get them. During the latest gas cost crisis, management provided additional gas money to employees who qualified so they would not have to chose between eating and working. Not sure I have heard of any other employers providing such assistance.
