The organization has a great potential and it’s not impossible to become the “TRUE LEADER” in BSS/OSS implementations. However it has to improve people management and leadership aspects for sure.
3-4 Key Improvements Netcracker must not ignore as follows
1. Current leadership lacks the vision and mostly do not have either technical grip or product knowledge. Nor they are good in respective practice. Some of them are not even qualified to continue this role.
2. Existing experienced technical staffs who were the back-bone of several deliveries for multiple clients past 15 years, were not taken into considerations for decision making, or they are scrutinized with newcomers (having higher position/designations) to show “positional power” ignoring the best practices that old staff’s brewed past several years.
3. Ability to bring a healthy competitive growth atmosphere by true engagement based on one’s capability, interest, strong points.
4. Also recognition and awards mechanism to be more transparent, consistent.
