Cons

Huge priprietary technological stack that is pretty useless outside the company. Weak technical education, absence of skills improvement intentions from the management.

Company has big market share an therefore can pay good money to Software Developers. So you can meet very professional team here.

Cons

Somehow company lacking good management in some projects. So I can see chaos in processes. And it seems that nobody cares.
