Pros

Great travel opportunities with a very fast pace company. Lots of opportunity given the structure of the organization.

Cons

Extremely large workload that requires many hours of talking during the night [7 hour time zone differences] to Russia where the development is done. Most sales/sales engineers tend to be very narcissistic in nature and can be difficult to work with.

-Flexibility, work on the cutting edge product line that interests you. -Recognition (* If you are really good ...then growth is tremendous) -Friendly work environment , pretty young lot of employees -Travelling opportunities across the globe

Pros

Training for New Hire Classes, Travel, Salary, Project-based work, gaining insight into cutting edge communications technologies, Great people & company culture, our customers are large/recognizable

Cons

I am not particularly fond of the industry (telecommunications), but the work is still stimulating. With a large Russian & Ukranian employee base, there will be lots of conversations in foreign languages that one may not understand. Non-disclosure agreements mean you may not be able to talk about your involvment in some of the coolest projects
