Nothing, I request you all not to join this company. I request college placement officers, not to allow them for college on campus recruitment.
Cons
They recruited us on campus and for name sake they provide training and assigned a project. Within a 6 months, they fired us. Even though I had 2 offers, I choose netcracker. They spoiled my life. Please don't join this company. They will not only spoil employees life, they will spoil students life also. Particularly they will target Karnataka or local people.
