      Pros

      The salary is paid regularly.  You can practice working in a distributed and diverse team.  You will simplify your English so guys in India can understand you and also practice listening skills so you understand them.

      Cons

      Old school command style management from the top with an attitude towards people like slaves.  The job of low-level management is to persuade you.  The Soviet people rule there and select like-minded people for the high-level management.  A line manager is not a line manager - it is just a additional duty for an employee.  It is not clear who is responsible for what - random people contact you.  Miscommunication is everywhere.
