Cons

Outdated technologies, No fair opportunities for Women. Too much politics in management. Very difficult to get promoted, Management prefers recruiting leaders from outside instead of creating them. This company has transformed from providing great opportunities to redundant work and bad politics. We receive hike every 2 year once with 10%. Runs like a service company

Cons

Continued use of legacy tools with little or no effort to upgrade. Very slow growth and lack of transparency. No fixed appraisal cycle and no defined process for quarterly reviews. Mandatory three days of office attendance without sufficient seating or proper workspaces.
